About the role In this new and exciting role, you’ll be guiding a team tosupport individuals to navigate complex systems, overcome barriersand work towards improving their overall well-being. You’llbe responsible for the overall decision making within the programsday to day delivery and ensure that service users are supportedthrough trauma informed practice along with person-centred andstrengths-based strategies. The position is a full-time permanentrole based in Mirrabooka and Joondalup. You’ll also support and guide incident management, ensureeffective triage processes and facilitate and record regularsupervision. Leading a team, you’ll provide ongoing coachingand support, driving a values-based culture. About you You’ll have a passion for working with high-risk childrenand families, along with the ability to lead and support a team indelivering high-quality, client-focused services. In addition, you will also possess: Relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred Demonstrated specialist knowledge and experience in traumainformed practice Experience coaching, mentoring and developing a teamideally in a multidisciplinary service Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influenceand liaise in an informative and positive manner Experience in service coordination and team leadership withthe focus in building a strong team culture Drivers Licence Working with Children Check (WWCC) National Police Clearance (obtained within the last sixmonths) About the benefits You'll become part of an inclusive, diverse, and welcomingWestern Australian organisation passionately committed to making ameaningful impact in the local community.
