Warehouse Coordinator, Australia & New Zealand Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Key Responsibilities Provide telephonic and email support to address inquiries related to product logistics. Maintain optimal inventory levels in both local and 3PL warehouses. Coordinate with customers to organize stock shipments and ensure timely deliveries. Collaborate with the 3PL warehouse for tasks such as ordering, bookings, and record‑keeping. Communicate effectively with the head office regarding stocking counts and recordings. Regularly update and manage the CRM system. Potentially handle product monitoring and account inquiries. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher. Preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in computer skills, including WMS implementation, Microsoft Word, Excel, and relevant software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to analyse issues independently. Reliable, self‑motivated, and capable of learning new technologies quickly. Excellent communication skills with a customer‑driven and positive attitude. Outstanding time management and organisational abilities. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must. Valid driving license required.
