Permanent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our ever-growing young team based in Scoresby. ABOUT US Assembly Now is a specialist delivery and installation company servicing a wide range of clientele across Australia with a focus on premium customer service. We pride ourselves on providing industry-leading services for our customers including furniture delivery and removals, assembly services and complete apartment/office fit outs in partnership with some of Australia's largest retailers. THE ROLE This role will play an integral part in defining Assembly Now as a leader in bespoke services along the east coast of Australia. You will be working closely with the Operations Coordinator, and play a key role in ensuring all warehouse duties are performed in line with operating procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES Vehicle loading and unloading. Accurate daily picking and checking stock. Stock management across the VIC warehouses. Effectively manage incoming and outgoing stock. Coordinate container unloading and returns. Ensure safety and compliance is observed and maintained across the site and safety plans and compliance are implemented. Monitor, review and improve performance and productivity of warehouse practices. Maintaining stock database and emails. Perform local stock collections and tip runs. Heavy lifting ABOUT YOU Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator. A team player with excellent customer service. Valid forklift licence & forklift operation experience. Valid drivers licence and ability to drive vans and small trucks. Exceptional attention to detail. Be reliable with great time management skills.
