The Warehouse Coordinator supports the Warehouse Manager by overseeing day‑to‑day warehouse activities on shift, ensuring accurate, safe, and efficient movement and storage of materials. The role acts as the key link between warehouse operations, production and planning, maintaining control of inventory, documentation and material flow in line with food safety and Chain of Responsibility obligations. Key responsibilities Coordinate warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials to production lines Ensure compliance with people safety (including CoR legislation) and food safety requirements during all warehouse activities Manage the operational relationship with certain third‑party vendors, including but not limited to forklift, uniform and waste providers in line with the relevant Commercial Agreements Communicate and escape issues affecting material flow, production support or space utilisation Support implementation of continuous improvement and 5S standards within the warehouse Provide shift‑level leadership, coaching warehouse operators to follow procedures and maintain discipline Partner with Quality to ensure segregation, traceability and handling of non‑conforming materials Contribute to a strong team culture focused on ownership, accountability and safe, reliable performance We’re looking for someone with At least 3 years of general business experience in a Supply Chain environment Previous experience with inventory‑based WMS systems and managing 3PL partners to deliver required performance Strong computer literacy and analytical skills Next steps After you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
