HYXiPOWER North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia Warehouse and logistics Coordinator Location: North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia. This range is provided by HYXiPOWER. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range Compensation details will be discussed with your recruiter. Responsibilities Warehouse operation management, including inbound, inventory and outbound management. Inbound management: manage inbound process from internal systems and warehouse operations per HQ or local purchase orders. Inventory management: timely inventory control to keep physical goods and systems data in sync; perform quarterly inventory counts as required. Outbound management: arrange outbound processes per orders from the commercial team, from internal systems and warehouse operations perspectives. Documentation: inbound receipts, signed delivery orders and other documents collection. Customs clearance: timely follow customs clearance processes and coordinate for issues that occur during clearance. Local delivery: arrange local delivery, track the process and coordinate for issues during local delivery; collect signed POD where applicable. 3rd party partner management: set up KPIs for 3rd party partners and monitor performance; address underperformance through meetings to prevent recurrence. Warehouse and logistics payments: perform business authenticity checks and confirmations. Skills requirements At least 1 year of warehouse management and operation experience; general knowledge of warehousing and logistics is mandatory. At least 1 year of WMS and ERP system operation experience; Oracle system preferred. Good management and communication skills for 3rd party management.
