We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: Export Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in our operations by managing the physical receipt of goods, ensuring accurate stock entry, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires a combination of hands‑on warehouse tasks and administrative skills to support our logistical and inventory needs. The applicant requires a high standard of work ethic, self‑motivation and problem solving. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the receipt of goods into the warehouse, including verifying shipments against purchase orders and inspecting for damage or discrepancies. Accurately input received stock into our inventory management system to ensure real‑time accuracy of stock levels. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse. Pack goods into containers for shipment, ensuring that items are securely packed and labelled. Perform manual handling tasks as required. Conduct quality checks on received goods to ensure they meet our company’s standards and specifications. Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, data entry, and communication purposes. Qualifications: Ability to perform manual handling and packing tasks efficiently. Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role. Valid forklift licence and experience operating forklifts. Strong understanding of inventory management and invoicing processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
