Job Description As the Exports Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing export operations. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the primary contact for designated key commercial clients Coordinating end-to-end export processes, from booking to delivery Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements Liaising with carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders Troubleshooting export-related issues and implementing solutions Supporting the development of export strategies and procedures Maintaining accurate records and preparing export documentation Adhering to security protocols within a customs bonded warehouse The Successful Applicant A successful Export Coordinator should have: Previous experience in logistics or a related field within the transport and distribution industry. Strong knowledge of export regulations and customs requirements. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics software. Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
