This is next-level fitness. We are seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team and help drive our brand presence. Role Summary You will be a key player in managing the mid-to-late stages of our order fulfilment process. Your primary objective is to ensure the timely delivery of goods by expertly coordinating logistics, tracking shipments, and collaborating closely with our warehouse teams. This role demands strong organisational skills to maintain transparent communication on order status and the ability to promptly address any logistics challenges. Key Responsibilities Logistics Coordination: Liaise with logistics providers to arrange transportation schedules, track shipments in real time, and ensure all deliveries meet required on-time performance metrics. Warehouse Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the warehouse department, providing up-to-date information on order execution and ensuring a smooth, efficient handover between inbound and outbound processes. Order Fulfilment Management: Provide essential support to manage the mid-to-late stages of order fulfilment to safeguard the timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Progress Reporting: Systematically organise, document, and report order statuses to ensure transparent communication internally and with external partners. Exception Handling: Monitor for, identify, and promptly address any logistics exceptions or potential delays in the supply chain. Required Qualifications Strong organisational and systematic reporting abilities. Excellent communication and liaison skills for working with providers and internal teams. A proactive approach to managing real-time shipment tracking and resolving exceptions. Chinese (Mandarin): High proficiency (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
