We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Rocherlea. About The Role As a Warehouse Coordinator you will: Ensure that stock levels and compliance obligations are met for our customer‑focused and proactive organisation. Safely and efficiently prepare work packs for our crews and contractors. Maintain storage, receipting and dispatching of materials on time and to a high standard. Maintain accurate system records for all transactions (SAP experience would be beneficial). Provide appropriate and timely responses to requests from customers while ensuring materials remain at appropriate stock levels. Communicate clearly to foster a friendly and cooperative culture across the organisation. About You Hold a high‑risk forklift licence. Have completed at least Year 11. Have warehousing background with procurement, transport, logistics and supply chain knowledge and customer service experience. Be a self‑motivated individual with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrate commitment to safety and a focus on continuous improvement. Pass a medical examination for the role. Be experienced with computer‑managed inventory systems and able to adapt to new systems.
