Warehouse Coordinator - Day Shift at Asahi Beverages Based at our Tullamarine, VIC Manufacturing facility, the Shift Coordinator – Day Shift is accountable for the safe, efficient, and reliable execution of daily warehouse operations. Shift pattern: Monday - Friday, 5.30am - 2.00pm This hands‑on leadership role makes you the go‑to for problem solving, labour planning, team development, and embedding Asahi’s continuous improvement culture. Responsibilities Lead your team to meet daily warehouse throughput and service targets. Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to build capability. Drive warehouse efficiency, labour planning, and cost control. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are always met. Champion Asahi Way problem‑solving tools to resolve issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless customer service. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. Strong ability to coach, develop, and motivate frontline teams. Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office systems. Experience applying structured continuous improvement frameworks. Confidence in managing costs, labour planning, and operational KPIs. A positive, proactive, and safety‑first mindset.
