The Restaurant serves an incredible buffet breakfast that would rival the best in Sydney, as well as la carte dinner menu spotlighting modern and native Australian ingredients. As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a critical role in our operations by providing support and assistance to the Restaurant and Bar Manager. In this fast-paced and vibrant environment you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional experiences for our guests. You will lead our team of Hosts and Floor Staff by being actively present throughout busy service periods to ensure all departmental standards and procedures are met. Responsibilities Include: Overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of shifts Providing regular training and coaching to new and existing team members Overseeing the management of booking system and reservations Achieving high standard of service, elevating guest satisfaction and using metrics to measure success Competently handling customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy Adopting processes and developing strategies to maximise profitability Our Ideal Candidate will possess: Previous experience with leading and coaching a team in similar role and/or environment Ability to provide professional and exceptional customer service Can thrive under pressure and work in a fast paced environment High competency in organization, multi-tasking and delegation Excellent presentation and grooming Strong communication skills – both verbal and written Current RSA Full working rights in Australia, with availability to work on a flexible and rotating roster 7 day roster.
