You’ll have access to a steady flow of company-sourced leads, but the real earning potential comes from self-sourced business — our bonus structure rewards those who take initiative and build their own networks. This role is ideal for someone who loves sales, thrives on hitting targets, and enjoys building relationships with clients and referral partners. What You’ll Bring Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (FNS40821) – minimum qualification Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management (FNS50322) – highly regarded Sales-driven mindset with strong customer focus Tech‑savvy and confident using CRM systems and digital tools Target‑driven with a positive, "can‑do" attitude Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Minimum 6‑12 months of residential lending or brokerage experience required Australian citizenship required for this position Why Join Ready Finance?
