We are passionate about providing high-quality Early Childhood Education and Care, advocating for children, families, and our local community. Conveniently located near Lismore Base Hospital, our newly renovated centre offers a bright and welcoming environment with capacity for 43 children on both permanent and casual placements. About the Role We’re looking for a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator or ECT to join our friendly team, working with our delightful preschool group (3–5 years) . This can be a fulltime or part-time position 4-5 days per week (negotiable), with some flexibility in days and hours. Essential Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised) Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates Working with Children Check Child Protection Certificate Two professional referees Previous experience working with 3–5 year olds A caring, positive, and professional approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Solid knowledge of the EYLF and NQS A commitment to providing inclusive, high-quality education and care Ready to Apply?
