Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank and Commercial Bank. The team supports the Bankers and Trade Sales and works closely with business partners across Credit, Legal, Compliance and line of business operations to deliver a client focused support model and seamless execution. Job DescriptionAs a Credit Product Delivery Associate under Global Services, you will be part of a dedicated lending & trade finance execution support function with the ultimate goal of providing a superior client experience ensuring timely client focused service whilst retaining a strong risk and control framework locally and partnership with regional and global teams to deliver consistently across J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank and Commercial Bank. The team supports the Bankers and Trade Sales and works closely with business partners across Credit, Legal, Compliance and line of business operations to deliver a client focused support model and seamless execution.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with and support business partners across Global Banking, Credit, Product, Legal and line of business operations Drive the end-to-end transaction execution process across support teams ranging from front office (including Credit Risk, Bankers, Sales) to back office (including Documentation, Collateral and core transaction processing teams) providing leadership, transparency and accountability Deliver best-in-class credit documentation processes including managing the preparation, negotiation and execution of credit/ product agreements, deal closing process, ownership of sourcing and reviewing client constitutional documents and conditions precedent Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution, including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations Partner with Business and Technology partners in setting priorities within the competing business strategies Collaborate across functional areas to ensure all operational, financial and technology risks have been addressed Drive and contribute to CPD wider projects & initiatives Required Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsBachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in either Credit and Transaction Management, Credit Execution, Front Office, Credit or Legal documentation space. Strong credit and documentation knowledge across core lending products/agreements (e.g. Loans, Trade finance, specific local market knowledge where required) Strong relationship management and partnership with the Business, Technology and Corporate groups Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to resolution Proactive/self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners and clients in a dependable, timely and accurate manner Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsKnowledge of APLMA/LMA documentation About UsJ.P.
