Product Delivery Manager Salary range: A$130,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr Location: Sydney (Surrey Hills) – Hybrid style We are a creative innovation company combining design, technology, and AI to build products and experiences that stand out. We move fast, solve hard problems, and create value for both businesses and users. The Role We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager to take ideas from concept to reality. You will lead product delivery, wrangle design and engineering teams, and turn ambiguous problems into tangible outcomes. You will also help embed best practices across the business and use AI tools to enhance results, not just automate processes. You are able to articulate next actionable steps that are needed. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end product delivery from concept, validation, to launch Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and to spec Turn ambiguity into action by identifying next steps and keeping projects moving Build and share best-practice product methods across the business Leverage AI and emerging tools to improve product outcomes What We Are Looking For 7+ years in product delivery across design, tech, or product teams Experience in Agency or Consulting (the mindset of context switching is needed) Proven track record taking products from idea to execution Comfortable leading in ambiguity Experience using AI and technology to drive tangible outcomes Strong execution skills, able to push teams, hold people accountable, and get results Adaptable and proactive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Why This Role Matters You will be the engine that turns ideas into products people actually use.
