Our clients cover the breadth of the market, including private equity, infrastructure, property, financial services and everything in between. Be prepared to work on projects that make the front page of the news Your Opportunity We are looking for a Director with a focus on Corporate M&A to join the team – someone with M&A and/or experience with corporate clients, and the drive to join an energetic team. Responsibilities Tax due diligence Structuring, including advice on deal structures Transaction document review Post‑deal integration Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence Your Experience This role will suit a tax professional with transactional experience. A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients. Strong tax technical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members. Additional Information Please note that applications will close on the 18th of December 2025.
