Overview The Deal Advisory Tax team is a market‑leading, dynamic and fun team that works on the most significant transactions in the Australian market, serving private equity, infrastructure, property, financial services and a range of other sectors. You will be involved in projects that can make the front page of the news. Responsibilities Structuring, including advice on deal structures Post‑deal integration Transaction‑related ATO and FIRB correspondence Tax due diligence Transaction document review Your Experience Tax professional with transactional experience. Commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients. Strong tax technical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members. Additional Information Please note that applications will close on the 4th of December 2025.
