Job Overview Are you a civil Site Engineer or Project Engineer or Supervisor who wants to join a highly regarded civil contractor that will give you the experience of managing your own section of work? Our client is seeking the expertise and skills of a Site Engineer, Project Engineer, and Supervisor to work on road and civil works on a project in the Illawarra region. You would specialise in civil and the complex infrastructure side of the project. This civil contractor is a well-established business employing people across the region. With a strong focus on civil engineering, our client maintains its diversity through its involvement in other projects such as roads, subdivisions, rail, and earth‑moving. Our client is after one dedicated individual with previous roads, earthworks or civil infrastructure experience to work on a major section of the project with an emphasis on complex civil works; this is a rare opportunity not to be missed. The project will see you secure at least a year's worth of work and the potential to gain further employment with the client. Not only will you be joining an award‑winning contractor but you will also form part of a talented, professional team of individuals. This exciting opportunity would ideally suit an engineer with previous exposure to water, utilities, asphalt, earthworks, subdivisions, or major road projects. Qualifications & Skills A Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent Worked on civil projects worth over \$1m in value Previously worked on major earthworks or heavy civil projects Strong leadership skills High level of organisation Be able to work and communicate as part of a team Exceptional understanding of OH&S policies Ability to think and react quickly to any difficulties which may arise in the workplace If you have the relevant experience and are looking to build your career to that next level then you need look no further.
