Western Health's Best Experience Division is seeking an LGBTIQA+ Peer Navigator to provide peer support, advocacy, and guidance to staff and consumers who identify at LGBTIQA+. Key Responsibilities This role will promote safe, inclusive, and responsive healthcare experiences, working closely with custodial health, Women's & Children's services, and Best Experience teams. Travel across Western Health sites, including the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, will required. About You Ideal for someone with lived LGBTIQA+ experience, including intersectional identities, who is passionate about fostering inclusive service practices.
