Want to get away from General practice?Our area is Preventative medicine: Pre and post Travel medicine: immunisations and occupational travel healthWe are a full time travel medicine clinic - often seeing the more complicated travel patients. We give the usual vaccines: Routine vaccines of course plus Yellow fever, Rabies, JE, BCGAlso the less common vaccines eg Tick Encephalitis, Dengue, Q fever Our doctors perform medical assessments on travellers being posted internationally with large company and government organisations, to offshore oil and gas platforms, to high altitude mines etc etc The business has been in operation for >35 years. We are a systems based operation with a happy teamAt any one time we have two doctors, 3 Rn's and 3 admin staff on site, plus company liaison and practice manager We have a low staff turnover but one of our doctors is moving interstate for family reasonsInfo about our business Dr Deb The Travel Doctor: /> />We need a doctor to work 2 days per week - ideally Monday and Thursday starting May 2026Post graduate qualifications in travel medicine preferred but can be underwayExtensive Training providedTravel experience to remote areas an advantageRemuneration 65% of Private billingPlease apply via email, with CV and include travel history in cover letter
