Senior Analyst/Associate – Investments - Private Credit Senior Analyst / Associate to join the Investments team at a leading private credit fund. The role involves the full investment lifecycle: origination, evaluation, execution and ongoing portfolio management on a high‑performing direct lending platform. Key Responsibilities Identify and assess new lending opportunities through banks, management teams, advisers and industry networks. Engage across all stages of the investment process, undertaking independent credit analysis, detailed due diligence and market/sector research. Build and maintain financial models to inform investment decisions. Support investment papers, attend management presentations and collaborate with senior leaders during the evaluation phase. Present recommendations with clear assessments of credit, legal and market risks. Lead selected transactions from diligence through closing, coordinating with internal teams and external advisers. Contribute to negotiation of terms and oversee accurate legal documentation, liaising with internal and external legal counsel throughout execution. Monitor portfolio investments, including reviews, waivers and amendments; assist with quarterly valuation processes and investor reporting. Qualifications & Attributes 2+ years’ relevant experience in corporate finance, credit, investment banking, private credit or related fields. Strong financial modelling and credit assessment skills. Understanding of legal documentation and lending structures. Proactive, detail‑driven, able to work independently and within a small team. Adaptable across a range of investment types, with sound judgment and analytical rigor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
