The Role: Buyers Agent Admin Assistant You’ll be on the phone a lot — speaking with real estate agents, following up clients, booking inspections, organising reports, and keeping deals moving. You’ll be the operational backbone of the team, responsible for: Calling real estate agents daily Updating clients and keeping communication sharp Organising building & pest, strata and due-diligence reports Managing inboxes, calendars and CRM tasks Preparing documents, summaries and property research Supporting Buyers Agents across multiple active deals Keeping the workflow tight and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks You’ll be learning directly from a team with years of collective Buyer’s Agency experience, who know exactly how to set you up for success and support your growth into a Buyers Agent role.
