Senior Test Analyst (Works & Asset Management) Base pay range: A$ / hr - A$ / hr The Opportunity Work with Davidson’s Works and Asset Management (WAM) program, driving digital transformation through a major system implementation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large‑scale system implementation that will enhance how assets and workforce management are delivered across the organisation. Working within a supportive, collaborative, and culturally diverse team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in ensuring quality across all integration and testing phases for a key digital platform rollout. As part of the role, you are expected to work in Geelong 2‑3 days per week; unfortunately sponsorship is not available. Responsibilities Lead and perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing for the new IBM Maximo‑based Works and Asset Management solution. Design, execute, and manage SIT, UAT, and regression testing across multiple integration points and platforms. Conduct hands‑on API testing (Postman or similar) and validate front‑end and back‑end functionality. Coordinate testing within a vendor‑based environment, working with partners such as IBM and TechOne. Create test data, maintain traceability from requirements through to outcomes, and report on progress and risks. Manage defects through JIRA, support triage processes, and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure seamless integration and high‑quality delivery. Qualifications Hands‑on experience in system integration testing across complex environments. Proven experience with IBM Maximo or other asset/workforce management systems. Demonstrated ability in functional, integration, regression, and API testing (Postman, JIRA). Experience in vendor‑based or multi‑platform environments (e.g., TechOne, IBM). Solid understanding of front‑end and back‑end validation and data testing. ISTQB or equivalent software testing qualification (desirable). Proactive, team‑oriented approach and excellent communication skills. Benefits 10‑month contract commencing early January, with scope for extension. Hybrid working model: three days onsite in Geelong.
