QantasLink is Australia’s largest regional airline operating a range of aircraft linking regional centres with major cities around Australia and overseas.The QantasLink Technical Records team is an integral part of the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). As the
Technical Records Officer , you will be responsible for the daily operations ensuring deadlines and targets are met, contributing to daily Technical Record tasks and outcomes, receipting of electronic (scanned) and paper-based aircraft maintenance records, and entry into the maintenance information system (TRAX) within required timeframes.In addition, you will perform the day-to-day actions of aircraft record discrepancies, inconsistencies and/or errors, problem-solving, research and provide valued contribution to the team.You’ll have:Highly developed time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build constructive and effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience with maintenance recording (systems and dates) pertinent to engine and aircraft maintenance is desirable.
Ability to take ownership of problems and solve them effectively.
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and targets.
Demonstrated analytical skills with a methodical approach to work.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn on the job.
