About This Role In this senior medical role, you will provide high-quality clinical care to ENT patients within Metro South Health while leading day-to-day multidisciplinary care and supporting service improvement across the Division of Surgical Services. You will contribute to clinical leadership, education, research and governance within the ENT Department. You Will Provide expert evidence-based ENT clinical care and manage a broad caseload Lead and supervise registrars, junior doctors and medical students Contribute to clinical governance, patient safety, quality initiatives and service improvement Provide clinical leadership across multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care Deliver teaching, training and supervision to junior medical staff Conduct research and participate in evaluation and innovation activities within ENT About You You are an experienced specialist in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery with strong clinical leadership capability, excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient‑centred care and continuous improvement. You Will Bring Specialist registration (or eligibility) in ORL H&N Surgery with FRACS Advanced clinical knowledge and procedural ENT skills across ambulatory and inpatient settings Strong teamwork capability and the ability to lead within a multidisciplinary environment Commitment to teaching, supervision and postgraduate medical education What We Can Offer You We offer a family‑friendly work environment that supports you in making the most of Queensland's laid‑back lifestyle.
