About the Role This opportunity is for a motivated Solicitor to join our Insurance Litigation team in our Brisbane office . Ideally, you will either be 2-3 years’ Post Qualification Experience and a strong interest in insurance litigation. This role will see you working on a wide variety of complex but interesting matters in the general liability, catastrophic injury claims and product liability & recall space. This role will provide the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to work alongside one of our highly regarded Principals and receive mentoring from their collaborative and close knit team. About you To be considered for this opportunity, you will need: Genuine interest in insurance law. Candidates with a plaintiff background will be considered 2-3 years post-admission experience in a litigation practice, preferably with some insurance experience Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to work well under pressure A positive, “can do” attitude and willingness to be a key member of a tight knit team A great work ethic and be keen to learn and develop your career Personal Qualities Team player Positive and helpful manner Ability to deal effectively with a broad range of people at all levels in business Active listener and receptive to feedback.
