With a few new client wins and some bold work in the pipeline, we’re looking for a passionate Social Senior Account Manager to join the fun. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll manage and nurture some of our clients' relationships while working with us to win and onboard new clients. Collaborating with the rest of the team, you'll oversee the implementation of social strategies and creative campaigns across platforms. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering creativity, executing top-notch strategies and cultivating a fun work environment. In return, we’ll provide you with the freedom to explore, learn, and create work that you’ll be proud of and to have a lot of fun along the way - it’s one of our promises The Role As a trusted advisor to clients, you’ll build strong, trusting partnerships while acting as a senior point person on accounts Develop social and influencer strategies using the latest trends and insights Manage creative campaign responses, bringing strategic thinking and creativity together in interesting ways Source, brief and oversee a mix of talented content creators and social media managers in the development of social content that stops the scroll Work on multi-platform content calendars that push top-notch creativity and oversee the team while they develop them Identify relevant trends and opportunities for clients across social platforms - staying ahead of what’s happening Oversee paid media strategy and implementation Senior oversight and strategy for impactful community engagement (across all social platforms) Contribute to, review and analyse social media reports Independent management of projects to the highest degree of performance and operational excellence Daily operational management: project management, timeline delivery, scoping, forecasting, capacity planning, invoicing, resource management, financial reporting The Wishlist With min 5-6+ years client service/agency experience in a social team, you’ve been around the social block You may not be a strategist, but you’ll be a strategic thinker Account management is your superpower as a trusted senior client partner Operational excelence is your middle name, and you've got an eye for the tiniest of details (noticed the typo?) You read more social newsletters than we do, knowing what’s new and what’s hot in the social and digital space You care about creativity and push for the best outcomes time and time again You’ve been up close and personal with paid media platforms and know your CPMs from your CPCs You’re fluent in a wide range of social platforms from TikTok to Pinterest Sydney-based We’re working from home, our offices in Surry Hills (2-3 days per week), client offices, cafes, and galleries. We encourage you to visit new places and explore new things, and that means we support you in taking the work on the road. As long as the work is great, done on time, and we plan this with you, we’re not too fussed if you want to head away for a few days.
