To build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others.An integral part of our big-hearted BlueCare team, as a **Weekend Coordinator,** you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.Let’s make a meaningful difference, together.**Your part in the Blue Care Team**Our dynamic retirement livings team at Fraser Shores Retirement Village in Hervey Bay is looking for committed and passionate Weekend Coordinator to join their dedicated and close-knit team on a permanent part time basis.Blue Care operate over 35 retirement villages across Queensland, with more than 3,300 residents choosing to make a Blue Care communities their home.Reporting to the Village Manager, the role is responsible for providing professional and efficient coordination of administration and operational functions on weekends and public holidays. A primary responsibility is for responding and making critical decision to individual resident and village emergency situations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures.
