Imaging Operator (training can be provided) We’re seeking a dynamic Imaging Operator to join our team and work with important cultural heritage materials. If you have experience with digital scanning, post processing and photography equipment, or an eagerness to master these tools, we want to hear from you In this role, you’ll be involved in preserving significant archives, including documents, microfilm data, books, negatives, slides, and photographs. We offer multiple openings for enthusiastic candidates who are ready to enhance their skills or learn new ones in converting physical records into digital assets. While prior experience in digital reproduction and image capture is a plus, hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment is also highly valued. Responsibilities Post processing microfilm scanning projects Monitor and ensure top‑notch image quality through rigorous quality assurance. Achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs). Communicate effectively with the Team Leader and/or Production Manager. Working Hours Monday to Friday (7 AM to 3 PM) To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need: A commitment to at least 90% attendance (5 days a week). A meticulous eye for detail to guarantee high‑quality results. Experience, understanding, or interest in digital imaging or photography. Familiarity with Microfilm Processing technique or similar software (preferred but not essential). Ability to work independently and tackle tasks with a “Can Do” attitude.
