About the role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Imaging Operator to join our team at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd in Willawong, QLD. As a casual Imaging Operator, you will play a crucial role in our document management and archive processes, ensuring the accurate and efficient digitisation of our important records. What you'll be doing Scanning and indexing a variety of documents, including correspondence, contracts, and other business records Ensuring high-quality image capture and data entry to maintain the integrity of our document management system Performing quality assurance checks on scanned images to identify and correct any errors Collaborating with team members to streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements Adhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive information What we're looking for Proficiency in using document scanning and imaging equipment, with a strong attention to detail Excellent data entry and proofreading skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently Good understanding of document management best practices and file naming conventions Familiarity with enterprise content management systems or document imaging software Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to process improvements What we offer Above award rates with superannuation Full training will be provided to ensure you’re fully equipped and confident in your role from day one.
