About The Role You will play a crucial role in providing operational support and guidance to hiring managers on a range of recruitment matters, including attraction strategies, sourcing candidates, and providing market insights. What You’ll Do Partner with hiring managers to understand and identify their recruitment needs Manage the full 360-degree recruitment process (including phone screening, arranging and attending interviews, facilitating testing, reference checking, etc.) Provide consultation and education on the hiring process and the external employment market to hiring managers Manage the recruitment database (JobAdder) to ensure SA remains compliant in the use of candidate information and all recruitment activity is accurately documented in real-time Source candidates through job boards and headhunting (LinkedIn Recruiter) Lead and manage employer branding initiatives Assist with Graduate Program recruitment - information days, assessment centres, etc. Report on quarterly recruitment activities Lead and participate in recruitment projects and broader People & Culture projects About you Relevant tertiary qualification Proven experience as a Talent Partner/Recruiter (ideally with a combination of agency and internal recruitment experience) Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - ideally JobAdder Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, job boards, etc. Ability to generate and interpret recruitment metrics and reports to measure hiring effectiveness Experienced with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) Excellent communication and relationship building skills Strong attention to detail Culture & Benefits Standards Australia is proud to have been awarded the prestigious Employer of Choice Award for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024.
