Overview Chef | Bridge Inn Hotel at Endeavour Group. We’re on the hunt for passionate Chefs, both Full-time and Casual, to join our dynamic kitchen team. You’ll help create memorable dining experiences that excite and delight our guests, and be the “chips to our gravy”. Responsibilities Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that WOW our guests Contribute positively to a culture centred around safety and hygiene, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do Maintain a consistent standard of high quality, well-presented dishes that align with ALH standards About You You have great experience working in a fast paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications You understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team You’ll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people Inherent Requirements This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
