Coast Fitness Scarborough – Scarborough WA Coast Fitness Scarborough and Shenton Park is seeking a passionate and experienced Group Class Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. As a Group Class Instructor, you will play a vital role in leading engaging and effective group fitness sessions, inspiring our members to achieve their health and wellness goals. This is a casual position, offering flexibility to work around your schedule. What you'll be doing Deliver high-energy, motivational group fitness classes Provide personalized guidance and support to members, ensuring they perform exercises safely and effectively Maintain a positive and encouraging environment that fosters a sense of community within the group Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable workout experience for our members What we're looking for Nationally recognized fitness qualification (e.g. Certificate III & IV in Fitness) Minimum 1-2 years' experience leading group fitness classes in a health club or studio setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends What we offer At Coast Fitness, we are committed to supporting our employees' growth and development.
