Aimpoint is seeking a Casual Trainer to join our team in Northern Suburbs of Adelaide, SA or virtually nationally. This is a casual / contract position (dependant on your desire), offering the flexibility to work when needed to support our training programs. As a Casual Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workplace training and assessment to our clients across a range of industries. What you’ll be doing Preparing and delivering engaging training sessions to groups of learners Assessing learners’ competencies and providing constructive feedback Maintaining accurate records of training delivery and learner progress Collaborating with the training team to continuously improve training materials and processes Ensuring training is delivered in compliance with relevant regulations and standards What we’re looking for Relevant vocational qualifications and experience to deliver one of the below courses nationally (virtually and F2F).
