Procurement Administration Officer Full-time Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week $ per hour We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Procurement Administration Officer. Purchasing Compliance Verifies that all goods and services purchased by Fremantle Ports have been procured in compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Reviews procurement transactions to ensure the requirements and standards for sourcing, selection, and requisitioning have been applied. Monitors efficacy of transactional purchasing under Purchasing Agreements. Contract Administration Provides administration support to the maintenance of inventory purchasing agreements, leasing agreements and other services managed by PCM. Supports the review, maintenance and updating of procurement and contract management documentation. Applies Fremantle Ports Document Control Procedure PCS**** to all electronically stored documents to ensure compliance with legislation. System Support Maintains expert level knowledge about Fremantle Ports P2P systems; meets monthly with Computer Applications trainers to keep up to date with system changes and future enhancements. Provides support to Requisitions Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Provides support to business end users such as requestors and the receipt process in the finance system. Provides support to Category Managers in the finance system modules for procurement and contractmanagement. Qualifications and Experience Tertiary qualification and/or commercial experience in a relevant discipline (procurement, business, administration) or progress towards a relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in a relevant discipline. Demonstrated business administration experience with commercial or finance activities. Highly developed written communication skills. Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage a large workload and achieve desired outcomes within timeframes.
