Queensgate Psychology and Specialist Centre – Canning Vale WA Queensgate Medical Centre is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our growing team in Canning Vale, Western Australia. As a part-time role, this position will involve providing high-quality nursing care and support to our patients within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment. What you’ll be doing Providing a range of nursing services including patient assessments, administering medications, and delivering clinical interventions Coordinating patient care and liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, holistic treatment Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory and organisational requirements Assisting with the management of the practice’s medical supplies and equipment Promoting patient education and supporting self-management of health conditions Contributing to the continuous improvement of nursing practices and patient outcomes What we’re looking for Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant technology Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Registered Nurse and/or Practice Nurse (desirable) What we offer At Queensgate Medical Centre, we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment that values our employees’ wellbeing.
