About the Role We’re seeking a Full Time Rostering Coordinator to support the smooth daily operation of our home care and disability services. In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate rosters, manage changes as they arise, and ensure both staff and clients receive reliable, high-quality support. You’ll work closely with the Operations team and our multidisciplinary workforce — including nursing, care, and domestic staff — to maintain accurate, compliant, and efficient schedules while providing excellent communication and service. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain efficient fortnightly and daily rosters Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and staff availability updates Liaise with staff regarding roster matters, issues, and updates Ensure client services meet required standards and compliance guidelines Monitor shift coverage and resolve rostering conflicts Support Operations with reporting, documentation, and service coordination Build positive, professional relationships with staff, clients, and families What You’ll Need NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience in a similar rostering or scheduling role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment Calm approach to last-minute staffing changes and service needs What We Offer Flexible, hybrid working arrangements Competitive pay + paid travel time and kilometres Ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
