Live Your Best Life Disability Support Services – Beresfield NSW Rostering Coordinator Location: Beresfield, NSW Full-Time | Immediate Start Available At LYBL, we empower individuals with disabilities to live their best lives — and our team is the heart of that mission. We’re currently seeking a Rostering Coordinator with proven NDIS rostering experience to join our growing team based in Beresfield, NSW. You will work alongside our dedicated office team collaborating daily to deliver structured, thoughtful, and participant-focused rosters across a wide range of disability supports and services. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage rosters across multiple service types and locations , including: School-aged participants, including before/after school support and school holiday coverage . Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings with 24/7 support needs. Community Access, Respite and Short-Term Accommodation (STA) — including short-notice bookings . Respond to last-minute changes and manage multiple updates with confidence — ensuring the right staff member is aligned with each participant's needs, goals and routines. Maintain clear records of staff availability, leave entitlements and participant schedules while ensuring compliance with the SCHADS Award and NDIS expectations. Communicate with support workers, team leads and participants to resolve rostering issues proactively. Support reporting, data entry and system updates using our scheduling tools. About You Extensive knowledge of the SCHADS Award , including penalty rates, shift rules, sleepovers and engagement periods. In-depth understanding of leave entitlements and their impact on rostering compliance. Strong familiarity with the NDIS Price Guide , service categories and rules regarding cancellations and billing. Confident navigating NDIS compliance requirements , including documentation, service bookings and participant safety. Mandatory: Prior experience in NDIS rostering (minimum 1 year). Highly desirable: Experience using Flow Logic or similar NDIS rostering/CRM software. Calm, detail-oriented and able to juggle priorities under pressure, with a sense of humour and a passion for what we do. Friendly and professional communicator, with a problem-solving mindset. Support & Collaboration You’ll be supported by our experienced Care Coordinators , who will guide you through LYBL’s systems, processes and participant-focused approach.
