Quality Coordinator - Epoxy Resin Manufacture ATL Composites is an established and successful private company with an excellent reputation in the Composites industry specialising in the formulation of epoxy resins and the supply of advanced composite materials and engineering for the marine, automotive, industrial, civil and tooling industries. With 45 years in the business, ATL Composites is an industry leader. We consistently tackle interesting and innovative projects and our tight-knit culture fosters collaboration and camaraderie, creating a supportive environment. We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Quality Coordinator to join our team on the Gold Coast in Molendinar, Queensland. What your day may include: Completing daily Quality Control testing of manufactured Batches and reporting results to Production Coordinator and Chemists as required Completing daily Inwards Goods receipting and Stock Input. Quality Control testing and screening of Incoming Raw Materials to confirm the product meets specification. Completing documentation, labelling, stock input and accurate allocation of all Inwards Goods to correct Store Location Understanding and Coordinating Factory Storage and continued monitoring of warehouse locations and materials movement within the factory. Working along-side our Production Coordinator to monitor operations and production within the Resin plant, including hands on participation in manufacturing Back-up for Manufacturing Scheduling Monthly calibration, routine cleaning, and maintenance of all Quality Control analytical equipment Our ideal new addition will have: 3+ years experience in a similar Quality Coordination position, within the manufacturing industry Hands on experience in product manufacture Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities Experience in scheduling and coordinating maintenance of manufacturing equipment Experience in warehouse optimisation and storage allocation Strong communication skills and feel comfortable in a fast-pace manufacturing environment.
