The Opportunity We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors with an S26 qualification to join our construction teams delivering major energy transition projects. This is a leadership position where you will oversee electrical works on large-scale infrastructure including substations, distribution networks, transmission lines, EPS upgrades, solar farms, and decarbonisation programs. These are full-time FIFO positions offering long-term opportunities, with successful candidates securing 18 to 24 months of ongoing project work. Roster & Location FIFO from major airports 2:1 roster 12-hour shifts Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical works across major construction projects Lead and mentor teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery Monitor compliance with site safety standards, electrical codes, and project specifications Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and daily reporting Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure adherence to fatigue management procedures Qualifications & Experience WA Electrical Licence (essential) S26 Electrical Supervisors Ticket (essential) OHS Construction Card (White Card) Current Driver’s Licence Working at Heights, LVR/CPR & First Aid certificates High Risk Work Licence (EWP) Previous supervisory experience on major construction or resources projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screen Two contactable work‑related references Competitive Salary Packages 18–24 months of consistent project work for the right candidate Leadership role in significant energy transition projects If you are an experienced and safety‑focused Electrical Supervisor ready to step into a key role on long‑term FIFO projects, we’d like to hear from you.Apply Now – Submit your resume today and join the RSGx team.
