Nursery Hand

We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Nursery Hand to join our friendly team at Succulents Online. If you enjoy working with plants and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this could be the perfect role for you About the Role You’ll be involved in a variety of indoor and outdoor nursery tasks, including: Planting, potting, watering, and general plant care Preparing plants for orders and dispatch Maintaining a clean and organised work area Assisting with loading/unloading stock and materials Supporting the team with other nursery duties as required About You We’re looking for someone who is: Physically fit and able to work on their feet throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, heat, and cold) Detail-oriented , with good attention to plant quality and presentation Self-motivated and able to work efficiently both independently and in a team Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Previous nursery, horticulture, or outdoor labour experience is an advantage, but not essential — training will be provided for the right person.
