We’re seeking a hands‑on Senior Reward Analyst to support the development and delivery of reward initiatives across Australia. You’ll partner with senior HR and regional Reward leads to run the annual salary review, manage benefits providers, support APAC wide Compensation & Benefits projects, and ensure compliance with Australian regulations (including FAR and WGEA reporting). Key responsibilities Lead elements of the annual salary review cycle: prepare files, deliver manager training, coordinate HRIS data uploads and communications. Support APAC compensation & benefits projects and propose improvements to remuneration programs and policies. Manage relationships with Australian benefits providers and monitor service delivery. Analyse market data and benchmarks to keep pay structures competitive. Monitor regulatory and employment law changes and ensure compliance (e.g., WGEA reporting). Produce reports, presentations and modelling using advanced Excel and HRIS tools to support decisions. Advise HR and hiring managers on remuneration queries, job evaluation, grading and benchmark activities. Ensure timely processing of remuneration related invoices and transactions. About you Experience in compensation & benefits or reward/people analytics. Advanced Excel and HRIS skills, strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication. Knowledge of Australian remuneration regulations and benchmarking best practice.
