At Medibank, we’re looking for a Performance & Rewards Analyst who thrives on combining analytical thinking with meaningful human impact. This permanent opportunity within our People, Spaces and Sustainability (PS&S) team offers the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping how we reward and recognise our people. What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our Performance & Rewards team, you’ll: Support the delivery of annual performance and remuneration reviews. Provide expert advice on job evaluation and market benchmarking. Deliver people metrics reporting and insights to inform strategic decisions. Maintain and update remuneration and benefits policies. Contribute to internal and external reporting, including sustainability and WGEA submissions. You’ll collaborate closely with business partners, line managers, and PS&S teams, becoming a trusted advisor on all things remuneration and benefits. What You Bring We’re looking for a proactive, analytical professional with: Strong numeracy and advanced Excel skills. Experience in HR, finance, or a related field. A service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills. Curiosity for seeking smarter, better ways to work. Confidence in consulting and negotiating with stakeholders. Knowledge of HR policies and organisational practices. Prior experience in a similar role within HR or finance will set you up for success. Why Medibank?
