Head of Partnerships - Corporate and Philanthropic At TRACTION , we empower young people to discover and develop their potential through hands‑on learning and mentoring. We are seeking an inspiring Head of Partnerships – Corporate and Philanthropic to drive growth through strategic partnerships, fundraising, and social enterprise initiatives. This senior leadership role is ideal for a purpose‑driven professional who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and creating measurable social impact. In this role, you will lead and expand corporate and philanthropic partnerships that create meaningful community impact and ensure sustainable funding. You will contribute to ongoing business development opportunities to continually support innovation and new solutions to sustainable revenue. Additionally, you’ll foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, empowering teams to drive long‑term organisational growth.
