As a Warranty Administrator , you will play a key role in supporting service operations, managing warranty claims, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Process and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently with manufacturers. Liaise with workshop technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to ensure timely approvals and claim settlements. Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements. Support the service team by providing administrative assistance and coordinating warranty‑related documentation. Monitor and report on warranty performance metrics to management. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Service Department. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an automotive service environment, preferably in warranty administration, service advisor or workshop foreman role. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive, solution‑focused mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Current and valid driver’s licence.
