Opportunities Opportunity to work in a multinational manufacturing environment Lead an established team and drive a new direction for the organization Job Description In this role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Own the financial reporting cycle, delivering timely and high‑quality monthly, quarterly, and annual reports aligned with global accounting standards. Drive statutory compliance across financial statements, tax returns, and audit processes, ensuring alignment with Australian regulations. Champion internal controls and governance frameworks across key finance processes, collaborating closely with internal audit teams. Manage complex tax obligations including GST, BAS, FBT, income tax, transfer pricing, and US tax data packages. Mentor and develop a high‑performing accounting team, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, and continuous improvement. Partner with senior leadership to implement automation and process improvement initiatives that elevate finance operations. Support executive requests and contribute to strategic projects with agility and professionalism. A Successful Finance Manager Should Have A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA / CPA Qualified Big 4 / Mid Tier experience is preferable. Prior experience in a multinational environment Experience with US GAAP Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
