Civil Project Engineer

Design & Build are working with a leading civil engineering and construction company, delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the ACT and surrounding regions. With a strong reputation for reliability, and safety, we’re looking for an experienced Project Engineer with at least 4 years Australian project experience. About The Role As a Project Engineer you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery - from planning and procurement through to execution and completion. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, closely with the project manager and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple civil and infrastructure projects from conception to completion. Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Oversee budgets, schedules, and reporting to ensure projects are on track. Drive compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards. Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects moving smoothly. About You Proven experience as a Project Engineer within civil construction or infrastructure, with at least 4 years experience on projects in Australia. Understanding of project delivery processes, contract administration, and site operations. Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
