This is a 12‑month fixed‑term, part‑time (0.2 FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2026. Note: The role is advertised as part of a recruitment pilot designed to simplify the application process for teachers. A mandatory CV template is provided. Aim of the Initiative The Small Group Tuition initiative aims to strengthen the literacy and/or numeracy skills of students identified as requiring additional support. Role Summary As a School Group Tuition teacher you will plan and deliver evidence‑based literacy and/or numeracy interventions aligned with the WA Curriculum, targeting the specific learning support needs of identified students. Key Responsibilities Use data to diagnose the specific literacy and/or numeracy needs of identified students. Ensure pre‑conditions required for students to engage in Small Group Tuition are in place. Implement the teaching and learning assessment cycle (plan, teach, monitor, and assess) for each group, aligned with the WA Curriculum and reflecting the existing classroom program.
