Key responsibilities include : Leading the development and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives across the group. Leading the development and implementation of health and hygiene risk assessments and monitoring programs. Using data to report analyse trends and develop risk mitigation strategies. Driving the Health & Wellbeing Strategy with initiatives that support good physical and mental health. Participation in psychosocial risk management strategy and programs. Identification of occupational hygiene issues and delivering practical solutions. Development of training and coaching for managers and employees to improve occupational health hygiene and wellbeing awareness and engagement. Be part of the solution Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Allied HealthOccupational Hygiene Environmental Science or related field. Experience in managing occupational hygiene programs and delivering risk-based solutions across multiple sites and jurisdictions. Experience in developing and delivering structured wellbeing plans and initiatives. Effective communicator with proven stakeholder engagement across all levels; collaborates as part of a broader HSE team. Proficient in addressing psychosocial risks and driving wellbeing and cultural initiatives. Willing and able to travel to support multi-site operations.
