Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (EOI) – Sydney With a huge pipeline of work in 2025 across our major Real Estate projects, we have an Expression of Interest opportunity for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join the project management team in Sydney. We are seeking experienced and dynamic professionals in project management to deliver impactful projects across the education, high tech, commercial, and health sectors . Responsibilities Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface Develop working relationships, problem‑solve, and drive projects to successful completion Manage the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost‑saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc. Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep the budget on track Chair project meetings with clients and consultants Be engaged with marketing and business development initiatives Qualifications A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management Experienced in education, high tech, commercial and health projects Strong background in design management Client‑side consulting experience is ideal Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
